What do you want from karate?

Fitness – Training will give you fitness and flexibility.
Self Defence – Karate is a self defence system, learn how to defend yourself.
Train to black belts – As long as you train regularly you will reach black belt standard, we have our own association which allows us to grade to black belt locally.
Just want to train – that's ok by us.
We offer – free suit when you join, cost £5, pay monthly at £35 for 8 sessions and free training at the other club. Special rates for families.
